1 - Deed of assignment of furniture. Parties: 1. Ann Jones of Reigate, Surrey, widow (but late of Little Bell Alley, Coleman Street, London, widow of Arthur Jones deceased), 2. Thomas Eden of the Royal Hospital at Greenwich, Kent, Esq., and Marianne his wife (late Marianne Jones, spinster, one of the daughters of Ann Jones); Thomas Latham of Great Tower Street, London, merchant, and Ann his wife (late Ann Jones, spinster, another daughter). 3. Arthur Jones of Reigate, Esq., eldest son of Ann Jones. 4. John Collinson of Gravel Lane, Southwark, Surrey, hat manufacturer. 5. Richard Barnes of Reigate, gent.; Ambrose Glover of Reigate, gent.
2 - 2 lists with prices of furniture, books, prints, etc. headed Parc le Breos. One is a list of things selected by Lord Swansea. Both are in the handwriting of William Graham Vivian.
3 - 2 letters relating to the sale of 2 panels of Beauvais Tapestry between W. G. Vivian and Leonard Partridge, London dealer. One letter was written by W.G. Vivian three weeks before his death.
4 - Inventory of the antiques and works of art at Clyne Castle, Blackpill, Glamorganshire, re Trustees of W. Graham Vivian deceased. e.g."Lists furnishings of Mr. Vivian’s bedroom and dressing room. The last 12 pages give items on which exemptions were granted by the Inland Revenue Authorities in 1913.
5 - Account of Messrs. George Trollope & Son, expenses incurred in preparing inventories at Clyne, Pare le Breos and 7 Belgrave Square. 5 sheets typed foolscap, pinned together.

8 - ‘Inventory and detailed valuation of Furniture, pictures, tapestries, ornamental items, decorative china, silver and plated goods, bronzes, books, domestic untensils and out-door effects (other than Antiques and Works of Art exempted under Section 20 of the Finance Act, 1896 and extended by Section 63 of the Finance (1909-10) Act 1910) in and upon Clyne Castle, Blackpyl in the county borough of Swansea as set out on pages 1 to l56 of the attached inventory and being the property of the Trustees of the late William Graham Vivian Esq., as at 7 May 1947.
