1 - Lease of messuage and ground at Blackpill Burrows. Parties: 1. Sir John Morris of Sketty Park, bart. 2. Francis Tippins of Swansea, yeoman. Premises: 1 acre of land with a cottage, lately part of a field called The Gorses. Plan. Power to erect another building.
2 - Assignment of land and house at Blackpill, for unexpired term of 50 years. Parties: 1. Mr. Francis Tippins of Mayals, yeoman. 2. Mr. Robert Woollaoott, Swansea, ironfounder.
3 - Lease of cottage and land at Blackpill Burrows for 32 years. Parties: 1. Robert Woollacott of Swansea, ironfounder. 2. John Shaw and William Shaw, nurserymen. Premises: Land and messuage called Tremore Cottage on the side of the Mumbles Road near Blaokpill. The Shews were given power to build. This land was held by Woollacott under a lease granted to Francis Tippins of Swansea, yeoman, by Sir John Morris of Sketty Park in 1842, for 3 lives or 50 years.

5 - Assignment of leasehold Tremore Cottage and land. Parties: 1. John Shaw and William Shaw, nurserymen. 2. William Graham Vivian of Singleton, Esq.
6 - Mortgage of leasehold land and house in Swansea. Parties: 1. Mr. Robert McAdam and Martha, his wife, of Swansea, victualler. 2. John Williams of Mount Pleasant in Swansea, gent. Refers to 1842 lease, above, and land called the Gorses, and the 1857 assignment to Woollacott. Robert Woollaoott died 7 May 1867, leaving his widow, the said Martha McAdam as administratrix.
7 - Assignment of leasehold dwelling called Tremors Cottage at Blackpill. Parties: 1. Frank Tamlyn Williams of Llanelli, manager of lead works. 2. Sarah Hyett, wife of William Thomas Hyett of Swansea, post office clerk. 3. William Thomas Hyett. 4. William Graham Vivian. Martha McAdam had died in 1871, and Robert McAdam held land until the children of Robert Woollacott reached 21 years. In 1883, letters of administration were granted to Sarah Hyett, daughter of Robert Woollacott, now aged 21. John Williams had died 16 November 1883, and Frank Tamlyn Williams his nephew was his executor.
9 - Assignment of land at Blackpill - Bayswater. Parties: 1. John Shaw of Blackpill, market gardener. 2. David Evans of 1 Herbert Place, Swansea, estate agent. Pinned to this is a paper from Charles Henry Smith, consenting to John Shaw assigning this land to David Evans.
10 - Assignment of land and cottage (Bayswater) at Blackpill. Parties: 1. David Evans of 1 Herbert Place, Swansea, estate agent. 2. William Graham Vivian of Clyne, Esq. Pinned to this is the signed consent of Charles Henry Smith granting that David Evans should be at liberty to assign this land. Dated 20 September 1873.
11 - 9 letters or copies relating to termination of leases of the Bayswater and Tramore properties.
12 - Lease of Bayswater and Tramore for term of 5 years at rent of £52. Plan. Parties: 1. Robert Townsend Morris of 122 Walter Road, Swansea, Esq.; Charles Smith Morris of Porthcawl, mining engineer. Thomas Byng Morris of Olchfa House, Sketty, estate agent - the landlords. 2. Emily Matilda Morris of Danygraig near Bridgend, widow. 3. Antony Nordhoff of Tramor, gardener - tenant.
