Premises: copyhold land within the manor of Oystermouth in the county of Glamorgan the coachhouse, stable and other buildings erected upon it, extending in front of certain messuages or dwelling houses called Clements Row and bounded on the West Side by Turnpike Road, on the South Side by beach and the North side by a garden of 2.
