Premises: copyhold ground with coach house and stable erected upon it, formally part of a messuage and premises called the Elms situated within the parish and Manor of Oystermouth. Also copyhold ground (formally part of a tenement of called Clay Pits) situated in parish and Manor of Oystermouth at the North Eastern extremity of the said messuage or dwellinghouse, stable and premises called The Elms belonging to the said S Padley and lying on the Eastern side of the Turnpike Road leading from Swansea to the village of Mumbles. Said premises were surrendered by to 1. on 8 Aug 1855 (see LAC/10/3/3/10)
