The leasehold premises, and a plot of copyhold premises, which were assigned to 1. on agreement of 8 Aug 1855 (see LAC/10/3/3/9) , were put up for sale at a public auction on 17 Sep 1855. 3. purchased the leasehold for £535 and the copyhold for £100.

3. as requested by 1. paid off the £500 owed to 2. The £35 residue from leasehold money paid from 3. to 1.

By the direction of 1. the leasehold premises were assigned to 3.
