3. has completed the works specified in an agreement dated 19 May 1927, between 1. and 3., and supplemental agreements of 5 Jan 1928 and 31 Dec 1928, concerning electrical energy for Oystermouth Railway and Pier (See LAC/10/2/3/1/54 for assignment of these agreements)
2. agrees to repay 3. the sum of £24371.11.10, and 3. releases 1. and 2. of all interest and sinking fund charges repayable |
