1. The Great Western Railway Company by Albert Ernest Bolter, their secretary and agent
2. The Swansea Improvements and Tramways Company and Mumbles Railway and Pier
1. will permit 2., at their own expense but under the supervision and to the satisfaction of the engineer of 1., to lay down and maintain a pipe under premises at Landore. The pipe will convey water from the tramway in Neath Road into the Swansea Canal.
