Premises: The messuage or dwelling house, garden and premises partly leasehold and partly copyhold known as The Elms situated at the Mumbles in the parish of Oystermouth and also the messuage, refreshment rooms, livery stables, and premises adjoining the said Elms and also all that piece of land with the coachhouse, stable and shed erected upon it abutting on the before mentioned premises and forming part of the permanent way and terminus of the Swansea and Mumbles Railway Co Ltd, the whole of such premises forming part of the residuary estate of the said E Viner |
