1. The Swansea Improvements and Tramways Company
2. The Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of the Borough of Swansea (the Corporation)
Subject to a bill of parliament, 2. will purchase the tramways undertaking of 1. and will reconstruct and maintain the tramways by laying double lines, construct additional tramways, and work all tramways by electric power.
2. will then grant a lease to 1. of the tramways for the term of 21 years. |
