Premises: Messuage, farm and lands called Kringell, in parish of Lantwitt iuxta Neath, containing 195 acres more or less, and also the moiety and one half of 12 acres in Lantwitt iuxta Neath which Gwenlian Thomas and Thomas Williams do hold in simull et pro in diviso with others. They leased land to Benjamin Price, consideration of 5 shillings, the receipt of which they acknowledged.
