Terms of will of William Wilkins of Swansea, co. Glam., mariner:
1. Freehold messuage and lands called Panytfynnon, in parish of Llandilofawr, co. Carm., to his son, William Wilkins and his heirs. If he dies without issue, land to go to his 2 sons David Wilkins and James Michell Wilkins and their heirs, to be equally deivided between them as tenants in common; if either of them die without heir, then that one's share should go to his daughter, Mary Wilkins and her heirs.
2. Mary Wilkins to have an annuity of £10 from this property.
3. Half part of freehold tenement called Dyffryn and Tyrbaccas in parish of Llanelli, co. Carm., to his sons David Wilkins and James Michell Wilkins and their heirs. Same conditions as in clause 1.
4. Mary to have an annuity of £10 from this property.
5. Grant to Mary of full power to collect these annuities.
6. Grant of freeehold messuage and garden in Swansea to Mary and her heirs, and if no issue, to be divided among his three sons.
7. He bequeathed household goods, clothes, etc. to Mary.
8. 5/8 share of the brig or vessel called the John Stroud, of which James Michell Wilkins is at present master, and all her tackle to James Michell and David and their heirs.
9. All the books marked with the name of his son William Wilkins to be delivered to him. The remainder of the books to be divided between his three other children.
10. £30 to David Wilkins and £30 to James Michell Wilkins to be paid within 12 months of his death. William Wilkins and Mary to have any remainder.
