Premises: Land called Banven, in parish of Cadoxton, with houses and gardens belonging to it, wihch isno in the ocupation of Jenkin David. Land is bounded by a brook called nant y Courtates(?) ... and from thence to the mountain called Marche Howell. William John Richard was the son of John Richard and the brother of Jeonett. They granted the land to him in fee tail.
Endorsed: 1. Livery of seisin. 2. 'Wm. Richard deed'. 3. 'The deed for Blarvin and the dementions of the mouintaine adjoinein to it with the Liberty' - in a later hand. 4. '4. Aug., 2 Wm. and Mary' - pencilled note.
Parchment. English. Tags for 3 seals, but seals missing. Ink is very faded and difficult to read. Small hole in centre of document.
